These T&Cs govern the sale of services on winebhm.com. Unless stated otherwise, offers target professional users (B2B). Where services are open to consumers, the B2C rules below apply.
Clients must register with accurate and up-to-date information. Wine BHM may refuse/suspend access in case of non-compliance with these T&Cs or the relevant service-specific T&Cs.
Prices are exclusive of taxes. Secure payments via Stripe/PayPal/cards (PCI DSS). Invoices in USD unless agreed otherwise. No card data stored on our systems.
Timeframes are indicative; Wine BHM has an obligation of means. Changes/cancellations: see the service-specific T&Cs.
Certain pages of the website describe all the features of a service or module (e.g., tasting, listing, visibility, professional tools). These descriptions are general and do not mean that all of these features are included in each subscription package.
Only the services explicitly listed as “included” in the corresponding offer (Visitor / Pro Light / Pro Premium / individual services) are provided to the Customer. The other features remain reserved for the appropriate packages or options.
Trademarks, texts, visuals, tools, reports and content remain the property of Wine BHM or licensors. No rights are assigned beyond the usage licences defined per service.

Withdrawal right: 14 days (except legal exceptions: personalised/unique works, digital content supplied immediately with consent, etc.).
Consumer mediation: available where required by local law.
Conflict of laws: mandatory consumer protections of the country of residence remain applicable.
Obligation of means; liability limited to the amount paid for the relevant service; exclusion of indirect damages. Obligations may be suspended in case of force majeure.
Wine BHM may update these T&Cs. The version applicable is the one published at the order date. The last update date is shown at the top of this page.
