The Lanson-BCC Group has completed the acquisition of Heidsieck & Co Monopole, acquiring 100% of the company’s shares as well as its exceptional historic inventory, including bottles from a cargo recovered from the 1907 shipwreck of the Jönköping in the Baltic Sea.
During the same period, Les Grands Chais de France also finalized the acquisition of Maison Bouey, one of the last family-owned and independent Bordeaux négociant houses, significantly strengthening its presence in Bordeaux.
