These Terms and Conditions apply to the Pro Premium access offered by Wine BHM Ltd, providing access to professional services, tools and features for wine and spirits industry users.
The Pro Premium access includes:
Access to the global database of wine and spirits professionals;
Internal messaging for direct professional contact;
Priority access to importer lists (by continent);
Enhanced profile visibility;
Access to exclusive opportunities (wine pairings, tastings, events).
Price: $99 for 36 months, payable once. The access is provided without automatic renewal.
Payment is made through the Wine BHM platform. Access is activated once payment is confirmed.
As the service targets business clients (B2B), no withdrawal right applies.
The user must comply with applicable laws. The Seller is not liable for how the data is used by the access.
The Seller may suspend or restrict access in case of abuse or breach of rules, without refund.
These Terms are governed by UK law. Any dispute shall be submitted exclusively to the courts of London (UK).
