Crystal clear appearance with an attractive silvery luminosity, dense viscosity with thin oily legs.
Very fine purity with scent of lemon zest, a spicy touch of anise seed combined with a sweet sensation of fennel. After a few minutes in the glass, aromas of fresh sweet ginger and carraway seed appear.
Very smooth and gently oily attack with a pleasant sweet sensation combined with a crisp lemon zest freshness and a spicy character of white pepper, ginger and fennel seed. Well-integrated and lightly warming alcohol sensation with a lingering, slightly sweet and spicy finish.
A relatively light-bodied style of vodka of great purity with a very smooth character and well-balanced alcohol – very easy to enjoy.
Tasted at 18 °C from a tulip-shaped glass.
