Updated on December 9, 2025
The winebhm.com website is published by Wine BHM Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom Companies Register under number 145 47 171, whose registered office is located at:
124 City Road, EC1V 2NX, London – United Kingdom.
The Importers List service allows companies in the wine and spirits industry to access, via an online interface, a professional database of importers, distributors, and other players in the sector, for the exclusive purpose of B2B prospecting.
By confirming their order, the customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted these T&Cs without reservation.
Wine BHM's professional files contain exclusively B2B information, including:
Company name;
Full address (street, postal code, city, region, country);
Landline, mobile, or WhatsApp business phone number(s);
Business email address(es);
Website URL;
Business category: producers (wines, spirits, and related sectors), importers, distributors, merchants, cooperatives, schools, professional organizations, international trade players, wine transport/logistics, etc.
No “sensitive” data (political opinions, trade union membership, racial or ethnic origin, genetic or biometric data, health data, data relating to sex life or sexual orientation) is collected as part of this service.
The computer data is collected by Wine BHM employees from professional, public, or legally accessible sources. It is not purchased for resale in its current form.
All professional files are compiled by the competent staff of Wine BHM Ltd for the purpose of using them within the Importers List service and enabling client companies to prospect new markets around the world.
Any company or professional may request the modification or deletion of their information by writing to: importerslist@winebhm.com.
Wine BHM undertakes to process the request within a reasonable time frame and to update its database.
The products, services, files, databases, and content made available as part of the Importers List service remain the exclusive property of Wine BHM Ltd and are protected by intellectual property law, trade secrets, and applicable rules on unfair competition and economic parasitism.
Customers who use the service or download a professional file acknowledge and agree:
to use the data solely for their internal prospecting needs in the wine and spirits sector;
not to disclose the data to third parties, even free of charge;
not to market, resell, rent, exchange, or integrate the data into another database, directly or indirectly;
not to reproduce the data in any form whatsoever, except for their own internal needs and within the limits of the credits acquired;
not to use the data for campaigns of a political or illegal nature, or contrary to public order and morality.
Any mass extraction, duplication, resale, sharing, automated scraping, or unauthorized disclosure of data from the Importers List database constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions and may be classified as:
an act of counterfeiting;
parasitism; and/or
unfair competition.
In the event of such a breach, Wine BHM reserves the right to:
immediately terminate the customer's access to the service without notice and without refund;
block the account and refuse any future subscriptions;
take any appropriate legal action, whether civil and/or criminal;
claim damages corresponding to the actual loss suffered (financial losses, restoration costs, technical costs, legal costs).
As a strict deterrent, Wine BHM also reserves the right to claim, in addition to damages, a minimum lump sum compensation of USD 50 per contact:
misappropriated,
resold,
communicated to a third party,
or used outside the authorized scope.
This compensation does not in any way exclude a higher assessment of the actual damage if it exceeds the lump sum amount.
Subscribing to the Importers List service gives the customer unlimited access, for the duration of the subscription, to the interface for searching and consulting the database of importers and other professionals.
On the screen, the customer can view the following information for each contact:
the name of the company;
the address (city, country, and possibly street or region);
one or more business phone numbers;
the website URL link;
the existence of one or more business email addresses.
Email addresses are displayed in gray, hidden, or non-clickable until credits have been used to unlock the corresponding contact.
The Importers List service is offered as a paid annual subscription. As of December 9, 2025, the following plans are available:
Prices are in US dollars (USD). The subscription gives you unlimited access to view regularly updated contacts in the interface (consultation). However, the use of data (unlocking emails, CSV/Excel export) remains strictly subject to the credit system indicated below.
Standard / Pro Light Account: USD 269/year, including 1,000 export credits, limited to 200 contacts per day.
Pro Premium Account (Importers List module): USD 199/year, including 5,000 export credits, limited to 500 contacts per day, reserved for accounts with an active Pro Premium subscription on Wine BHM.
Wine BHM reserves the right to change prices for new subscriptions. Any applicable taxes will be added at checkout.
A credit corresponds to the export or complete release of a contact.
When the customer clicks on a button or action such as “Display email”, or equivalent, for a given contact:
1 credit is automatically deducted for that contact;
all professional email addresses associated with that contact (on the same line) are then revealed and become visible, clickable, or usable;
once the contact is unlocked, the customer can export or view it again without deducting additional credits.
When a customer downloads a CSV/Excel file containing a list of contacts (by country, category, filter, etc.), each contact included in the export consumes 1 credit, unless that contact has already been unlocked using a credit during the same subscription period (according to the technical rules implemented by Wine BHM).
Wine BHM may limit the number of contacts that can be exported per day for security reasons or to ensure proper use of the service.
For security reasons and to combat mass extractions, the following limits apply:
Standard / Pro Light account: maximum of 1,000 contacts that can be exported or unlocked per year, with a limit of 200 contacts per day (unlocks + exports combined).
Pro Premium Account: maximum of 5,000 exportable or unlocked contacts per year, with a limit of 500 contacts per day (unlocks + exports combined).
Once the daily or annual limit has been reached, no new contacts can be unlocked or exported until a new quota is available.
Credits included in the subscription:
can only be used during the annual subscription period;
are non-refundable;
are not transferable to another account or another subscription period.
Any contact details provided, any information disclosed (email, telephone number, etc.), or any file downloaded is considered to have been definitively delivered to the customer. From that moment on, the customer expressly waives any right of withdrawal with regard to these digital services.
Wine BHM's prospecting files are regularly updated by our team and may be supplemented, corrected, or modified at any time. However, some phone numbers, email addresses, or contact details may be incorrect, obsolete, or out of date.
The customer accepts this type of discrepancy inherent in any B2B database and acknowledges that Wine BHM does not guarantee the deliverability of emails, the availability of numbers, or any minimum commercial results.
Any company or user who has identified an error, an obsolete contact, new information, or a relevant update may report it to Wine BHM at the following address: importerslist@winebhm.com.
Wine BHM undertakes to review these requests within a reasonable time frame and to update the database where appropriate, without any obligation to achieve a specific result.
To prevent leaks and hacking, the Wine BHM database is hosted on secure systems and can be encrypted. The download of professional files is secure and encrypted by the transmission of a unique HTTPS link.
Any attempt at hacking, scraping, automated extraction, unauthorized mass extraction, circumvention of limitations, or creation of multiple accounts for the purpose of diverting quotas constitutes a serious breach and will result in immediate account closure without refund, as well as possible legal action.
Wine BHM is bound to the customer by an obligation of means and not of results.
In the event that Wine BHM Ltd could be held legally liable, any damages and interest charged to Wine BHM will be strictly limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the service directly involved. Any action by a third party against the customer constitutes indirect damage and does not give rise to any right to compensation from Wine BHM.
Wine BHM cannot be held liable for the use of data by the customer, in particular in the event of use contrary to the legislation in force, public order, or morality.
The customer is responsible for the security and confidentiality of the information contained in the files downloaded or viewed via their account on the winebhm.com website.
The customer remains solely responsible for the use of the files, messages created, and prospecting campaigns implemented (emails, text messages, calls, etc.). The customer acknowledges that they have all the necessary skills to assess the quality of the professional file and its suitability for the use they intend to make of it.
The customer undertakes to use the data solely for the purposes of prospecting and communicating with professionals in the wine and spirits industry worldwide, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations (anti-spam laws, rules on commercial prospecting, telephony, protection of professional data, etc.).
The customer undertakes to inform Wine BHM of any request for modification or deletion from a company listed in the files, in order to contribute to the updating of the database.
By using the Importers List service on the winebhm.com website, unlocking information, or downloading a professional file, the customer acknowledges that they have read these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use and accept them without reservation.
