Two luxury hotels, the Constance Prince Maurice and the Constance Belle Mare Plage, both located on the east coast of Mauritius, which offer the largest and most beautiful wine cellars in the Indian Ocean. The Blue Penny Cellar restaurant offers food and wine pairings with a 35,000-bottle cellar at Constance Belle Mare Plage. As for the Hotel Constance Prince Maurice, it offers a wine cellar with 25,000 bottles of wine and has a tasting room. You can taste Tenuta San Guido, Petrus and Romanée Conti. Every year the cellars of Constance Prince Maurice and Constance Belle Plage offer meetings such as Paulée de Meursault, which brings together internationally renowned chefs with the greatest sommeliers. The Group's Head Sommelier Mr Jerome Faure, travels the world to select exceptional wines.
