To have your wines evaluated by Raimonds Tomsons. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Raimonds Tomsons will travel to the estates. The price of the services will be assessed and communicated when you request a personalized quote. Travel and accommodation costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be evaluated and added to the initial price.
The “Video Tasting” service consists of producing a video featuring tasting comments presented by Raimonds Tomsons, World's Best Sommelier 2023. This service includes the classic tasting of the product (rating, written commentary, sticker, QR code) at no additional cost.
The service is only available for products approved for monthly tasting. No additional shipment is necessary if a bottle has already been received for the classic tasting.
Introductory price: $399 per product.
Standard price: $499 per product.
Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change at any time.
The producer has a non-exclusive, worldwide, and unlimited right to use the video provided, exclusively for the promotion of their products or business. Any resale of the video or transfer to a third party is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Wine BHM.
By ordering the service, the producer authorizes Wine BHM to film, record, edit, and produce the video, as well as to use the voice and image of Raimonds Tomsons exclusively for the purposes of the service. Wine BHM remains the owner of all raw footage, recordings, edits, and source files.
The service is non-cancellable and non-refundable once the video is in production or has been delivered.
Wine BHM cannot be held responsible for the use made of the video by the producer, its modification by third parties, or the quality of distribution linked to external platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Unless the producer objects in writing at the time of ordering, Wine BHM reserves the right to use an excerpt from the video, a still image, or the thumbnail for demonstration or promotional purposes for the “Video Tasting” service. No commercial use of the customer's product will be made without prior agreement.
Samples must be sent to the address provided by Wine BHM after ordering, following the instructions provided.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipping is at the customer's expense and risk, in accordance with the recommended Incoterm DAP (place of delivery specified by Wine BHM): import duties and taxes, customs formalities, and related costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Wine BHM does not offer or take out transport insurance; if the customer wishes to insure the shipment, they must do so directly with the carrier and bear the cost. Wine BHM is not responsible for loss, damage, delays, customs seizures, or any other incident occurring during transport.
The customer guarantees the regulatory compliance of the products (packaging, labeling, documents). Wine BHM may refuse a package that is non-compliant, damaged, or incomplete. Shipping times are indicative; no liability is accepted in the event of delays attributable to the carrier or formalities.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe, with options including PayPal, Link, Google Pay, Visa, and Mastercard. Our services comply with international security standards, including PCI DSS, to ensure the protection of your data. Furthermore, your bank details are never stored by our systems.
Cancellation by the customer: All reservations are firm and final. No refunds will be given once payment has been made.
Modification or cancellation by Wine BHM: If Raimonds Tomsons is unable to provide the service because the session is full, we will postpone the tasting until the following month. No refunds will be given.
All videos, content, and tasting results remain the exclusive property of Wine BHM. Their reproduction or distribution without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Before benefiting from the tasting services, the customer must register on Wine BHM. By registering, the customer agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Access to tasting services is conditional upon acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and the creation of a valid user account on Wine BHM.
By registering on Wine BHM and accessing our services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
These T&Cs apply primarily to business customers. They also apply to consumers for services expressly available to individuals (e.g., purchase of works of art). In accordance with applicable law, consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal, except for unique, personalized, or made-to-order works, for which withdrawal does not apply. A consumer mediation mechanism may be available in countries where it is required.
These T&Cs are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be brought before the competent courts in London, United Kingdom. For consumers, the mandatory protection provisions applicable in their country of residence remain applicable.
